The moon will be a waning crescent and will set just before sundown so this night run will be a dark one. Date is subject to change based on schedules.\n \nOn Saturday\, July 17\, at 7:00 a.m.\, meet at Devil’s Tombstone Campground\, NY-214\, Hunter\, NY 12442\, ready to run the first half of the Devil’s Path. This is a 13.8 mile very aggressive course with 4\,500 feet of gain on some of the most technical trails the Catskills\, or anywhere else\, has to offer. We’ll meet at the terminus of the run at 7:00 a.m. and take a minimum number of cars to the start at Prediger Trail Head Road. Plan to bring plenty of water and food for this all-day event.  \nWe can head over to the famed Phoenicia Diner for bourbon milkshakes after since we’ll be close.
