Options include the full run or an abbreviated 6 mile version (if we have enough drivers and vehicles). \n7:00 to 7:30 a.m. Get Some Fresh Brewed\nMeet at Tazza Café\, 408 Main St\, Ridgefield\, CT\, and have a cup of coffee before the run.  \nRun starting at 8:00 a.m.\nWe’ll head over to the Saugatuck Trailhead at 190 Davis Hill Road in Weston and start running at 8:00 a.m. As per Teren’s suggestion\, we’ll run this in a counterclockwise loop\, heading down the road and into Trout Brook first.  \nGet Some Brews\nWe’ll finish around 11:00 and can head over to Nod Hill Brewery (137 Ethan Allan Highway\, Ridgefield). Bring money\, you’ll be thirsty and hungry. \nCan’t make it? No worries. Head over to Michigan Road Lot at 6:00 or 7:00. DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week\, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation\, Kimberly Bridge Lot\, at 5:30 a.m.\, for 90 minutes of Hill Repeats. At a 13% average incline\, the Blue Hill segment is one of the steepest in the Rez and the perfect training ground for any upcoming race. The .6 mile uphill contains just over 400 feet of vertical gain while the downhill is a great quad-shredding exercise. If you need to train with poles\, this is a good course to do so. We’ll aim for 4 or 5 repeats and see what we have left after that.
