I can’t reveal details but we’ll hit the Fire Tower\, Rock Trail\, Dancing Rock\, and the Overlook. Distance should be around 13.1 miles but we’ll compare GPS results at the end to confirm. I’ll have the map at the lot. \nAnd after the run\, check out any one of a number of Juneteenth celebrations in our area including the heart of Bedford Village.

While the full course is 12 miles\, you have some options. You can start from the old oak tree and head in either direction. Head east and run the Loop course first. Head west and run the Raven Rocks course first. Before completing the course\, take a turn onto the course you haven’t completed. Not up for 12 miles? No worries. Complete either the Loop or Raven Rocks course and head home. Note: the second loop water crossing is not on the map\, no one has been through the mud flats since early spring\, and you have the option of taking the dry loop as marked.
