Michigan FH to Overlook
On Sunday, August 23, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run the Michigan FH to Overlook loop. This time, we’ll reverse the direction and get the Overlook first. Options include distances of 5, 6.5, and 8 miles. As usual, the early crews can start at 6:00 and 7:00 for bonus miles.
Rookie Runners arrive at 7:00 a.m. for a shorter loop at an easier pace in time to return by 8:00.
