Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Kimberly Bridge, at 5:30 a.m. for 90 minutes of fartleks on blue. We’ll warm up with a climb up blue then run fartleks on the flatter blue trail, pushing for one minute then easing back for two—repeat, repeat, repeat. Total distance about 5 miles.
