Michigan, Red, and Rock Loop

Michigan, Red, and Rock 6.8 Mi Loop

This course starts at the Michigan Road lot and heads south on the wide yellow and then red trail until it meets up with the Rock Trail where things get really interesting. Plenty of ups and downs await you in this southern portion of the reservation and just when things seem to level out—you’ll find the stairs. Take the climb to spy rock and recover for the text mile or so before you climb to the overlook and a view to the west. Oh, and did I mention, it’s hilly?
