On Monday, January 17, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Kimberly Bridge lot, ready to run a special MLK Run—Blue Monday. We’ll be running hill repeats up blue and get those glutes in shape for the new year. This out-and-back course is 1.2 miles with 400 feet of gain. Bring your poles and get some practice bombing down the slope. No set limit, come and do what you can. Want to start earlier or later? Fine, start when you can. Can’t make it to Kimberly Bridge? Find a Blue trail near you and run. This year, MLK Day is Blue Monday.
