On Sunday, August 2, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot for a very special run—The 7.5 mile Dancing Rockish Run. I know many of you are looking forward for December’s annual running of the Dancing Rock run but what could be better than a preview in August? Don’t worry, this version of the course stays mostly to trails and avoids the swamp near the finish so it’s a bit more forgiving than the actual Dancing Rock run. Early risers can arrive at 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. for some cooler temps and extra miles.
Rookie Runners arrive at 7:00 a.m. for a shorter loop at an easier pace in time to return by 8:00.
