On Saturday, March 19, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run the third part of the Run the Numbers course. For the next several weeks, we’ll be running this course a piece at a time. Today, we’ll be continuing the Orange Loop—starting where we left off last week with 32. A run to 39 will get us 6.5 miles while a run to 46 will get 12. We’ll make a game-day decision on how far we’ll go but we’ve been averaging nearly 10 per segment in previous weeks.
