Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at the John Jay track at 5:30 a.m. for 60 minutes of speed work. Today’s workout: push the straightaways. After a couple of laps at an easy pace to warm up, push the pace on the straight sections of the track and then recover on the turns. 1 mile cool-down after for a total distance of 6 miles.
