Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, at 5:30 a.m., for 90 minutes of Lars’s Hill Repeats. After a warmup, we’ll hit 16 repeats from the lower lot through the upper lot, getting as far as you can in 30 seconds before returning and starting again. Cool down with an easy run after the last one.
