Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Trailside Museum Lot, at 5:30 a.m., for 90 minutes of Hill Repeats. We’ll start by running up the Orange Peeler segment (Orange trail to intersection 20). We’ll run four repeats of the Upper Orange Peeler segment that starts at intersection 10 and ends at 20 before returning via Orange to the cars. All totaled, we should have around 6.5 miles and 1,100 feet of gain.
