SUNDAY: LEWISBORO TOWN PARK
On Sunday, March 8, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Lewisboro Town Park, Upper Parking Lot, ready to run a new course—the Five Bridges Run. This course offers three options for different lengths—9, 6.5, and 5.5 miles—all of which pass over all four bridges in the Rez. Three of the bridges have been closed since late summer and, while they’re still under construction, I’m hoping they’ll be open for business by the end of this week. Let’s find out. Early risers start at 5:00 or 7:00 a.m. Rookie Runners start at 7:00 a.m. See the map ››
SATURDAY: KIMBERLY BRIDGE
On Saturday, March 7, at 6:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Kimberly Bridge Lot, and run an hour of hill repeats up Blue. You should be able to get in 3 or 4 before you return to the lot at 7:00 a.m. to run the Boutonville Oak Loop. This multidistance run offers lengths from 6 to 8.5 miles and will cross the new Meadow bridge. Or, if you’re into blue hill repeats, keep going—the group can see how many you’ve done when they return. See the map ››
Hope to see you out there this weekend.

Enjoy the photo from this week. Getting to the Rock Trail from the Meadow is a hike but it’s worth it this time of year.
