SUNDAY: MEADOW LOT
This Sunday, July 28, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Meadow Parking Lot when we run the Meadow to Overlook loop. We’ll start from the Meadow lot and head toward the Overlook, returning via Schoolhouse Road. Options include 6 and 8 miles but if you’re running the 8 mile course, cross the Cross River at intersection 1. If you’re looking to start early, you’re in luck—we’ll be running 4-mile loops on the hour starting at 4:00 a.m. Show up and start whenever you can.
SATURDAY: KIMBERLY BRIDGE
Last Saturday, we ran Red, Red, Red. This Saturday, July 27, starting at 6:00 a.m., let’s run Blue, Blue, Blue. Meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Kimberly Bridge Lot, where we’re going to run the Blue Loop (the lower part of the map). Nope, not blue hill repeats—loops of the Blue trail. We’ll head out on the wide, flat trail and head up to the Fire Tower from there. This is an approximate 4-mile loop with 600 feet of gain so we’ll regroup and start again on the hour. Join in whenever you can. I’m good for three—maybe four loops. See map ››
Hope to see you out there this weekend.

Enjoy the photo from the last run from Trailside Museum. Yeah, it was hot, but maybe that was just some of the speedsters burning up the trails.
