New York’s Mid-Hudson region has entered Phase 4 of reopening but new cases on on the rise.
We will continue to maintain safe practices to prevent any potential spread of Coronavirus. I’ll take a group photo but please remain socially distanced and wear a buff or mask when in proximity to others on or off the trail.
- Maintain social distancing before, during, and after the run
- Run abreast where possible to keep out of each other’s slipstreams
- Stagger start times, courses, and directions to maintain smaller groups
- Wear masks or buffs/neck gaiters when in the parking lots and when you see others on the trail even if they don’t do the same.
Hope to see you out there this weekend.
