Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Trailside Museum Lot, at 5:30 a.m., for 90 minutes of Hill Repeats. We’ll head down to the bridge at intersection 2 and run repeats to the wall on the other side of the Pine Forest. We’ll end with a cool-down loop after.
