Leon Levy Preserve

The Leon Levy Preserve is located on Route 123 in South Salem (24 Smith Ridge Road, South Salem). The map above shows all paths that I’ve been able to find so far although new ones seem to be added periodically. The trails on the western side follow steam and will be wet in the spring and after heavy rain so you’ll want to stay clear of those. The White Trail Loop offers a great view of the gorge below before the trees leaf out. I think you’ll find this preserve offers a little of everything.
