SUNDAY
On Sunday, April 1, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Trailside Nature Museum and run the Trailside Multiloop, the 8.5 mile course. This course will take us on trails in the northern and southern portions of the park and should be mostly snow-free by Sunday. Options include shorter distances as well. The 5:00 a.m. crew can run a modified perimeter loop, returning by 8:00. The 6:00 a.m. group can pre-run the 8.5 mile loop in reverse, while the 7:00 a.m. group can run the first part of the 8.5 mile loop but return after the initial climb of the Blue trail (intersection 56). One way or another, everyone makes it back by 8:00.
SATURDAY
On Saturday, March 31, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Michigan Road Lot and run the Michigan Road 8×4 loops. If you’re training for the North Face Endurance Challenge, this is a great opportunity to get a lot of miles in—up to a 50k if you complete all of the loops. I like to start on the orange loop and complete the loop counterclockwise, but it’s your call. Bring a map, though, not sure I’ll make this one.
Hope to see you out there this weekend.

Sorry but Thursday’s night run will be rescheduled due to rain in the forecast. We’ll try again in April. Meanwhile, enjoy the pic from our 8-Years Running inaugural course. Great running with all of you.
