December 23, Dancing Rock Run

SUNDAY

On Sunday, December 23, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Michigan Road Lot ready to run a very special course—The Dancing Rock Run. This course revives a race that was held by Tony Godino and Dave Cope around the time the Loop was invented and includes a couple of bushwhacks and lots of fun trails. I’ve included the original 12K course that will start at 8:00 a.m. plus a new 50K course starting at 5:00 a.m.

SATURDAY

On Saturday, December 22, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation Michigan Road Lot and help me flag Sunday’s Run. Since there are multiple bushwhacks on this course, I’ll need to lightly flag the course so that you can find your way. If you’d like to give me a hand, meet me at 7:00 a.m.
