SUNDAY: DANCING ROCK RUN (50k, 30k, 14k)
On Sunday, December 22, at 5:00 a.m., get ready to run a very special course—The Dancing Rock Run—that revives a race created by Tony Godino and Dave Cope around the time the Loop was invented but adds a whole lot more. The 2019 50k “fat-ass” includes an initial modified perimeter loop, then meets up with the main group at 8:00 a.m. for the classic Dancing Rock Run (14k). We’ve rented out lean-to 5 at Michigan Road where we’ll have a fire going for the runners so bring a change of clothes, some food, and plan to hang out afterwards.
SATURDAY: DANCING ROCKISH 7.5mi
On Saturday, December 21, at 7:00 a.m., bundle up and come run the Dancing Rockish run. This 7.5 mile run is a good preview of Sunday’s Dancing Rock course but without most of the bushwhacks. As such, it’s a much faster and less swampy run than what you’ll have the following day. If you are itching to check out the full Dancing Rock course, go ahead—flags are in place through the bushwhacks and we can confirm as we pass them on the run.
Hope to see you out there this weekend.

And it looks like everyone enjoyed the Kessel Run this past week. Thanks Peeter and Veronica for the artifacts along the way and Vlad for providing the Force that got everyone through.
