This Sunday, March 23 at 8:00 a.m, meet at the Zofnass Family Preserve on Upper Shad Road in Pound Ridge (see Google Maps) when Tony Godino shows us a new preserve with a network of trails noted for its crags and rock outcrops. Meet at the main entrance and we’ll follow a perimeter loop making, as Tony said, “All right turns except for the left ones.” We’ll make a 6-mile loop counter-clockwise around the preserve but leaving off the orange, western loop. See the map page here. The trails are clearing up and the next couple of days of warm weather should melt even more of the ice. It’s perfect weather for running.
Only five more weeks before the Leatherman’s Loop. Hope to see you out there this Sunday.
