On Saturday, July 6, at 7:00 a.m., it’s time to get some vert! Anyone who’s been to Workout Wednesday is no stranger to Blue Hill repeats. For the rest of you, it’s time to share that love. Early Risers will get going at 6:00, the rest at 7:00. The segment is 1.2 miles in total with just over 400 feet of gain. Five repeats nets 6 miles and 2,000 feet of gain. Ten repeats will get you 12 miles and 4,000 feet of gain. Beyond that, do the math yourself.
