Blue Moon Loop

On Saturday, February 27, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run the Blue Moon Loop in honor of the February Snow Moon. This course, created by Dave Cope, revives a well-known bushwhack that was part of the trail system back through the 1970s. We’ll plan to run the course in the opposite direction of the arrows which puts the bushwhack early on the run. If the trail is too snow-covered to make good progress, then we’ll bypass the bushwhack and run one of the longer distances.
