Fire Tower Summit Run

On Sunday, August 30, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Meadow Lot, ready to run a classic—the Fire Tower Summit Run. Before there was the Raven Rocks Race, there was The Fire Tower Run which follows some of the same trails but offers distances from 5 to 7.5 miles and includes the climb up blue to the fire tower. Early risers can arrive at 6:00 or 7:00 for extra miles. Night owls can arrive at 5:00 for the group starting between 5:00 and 5:15.

Rookie Runners arrive at 7:00 a.m. for a shorter loop at an easier pace in time to return by 8:00.
