On Sunday, May 30, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run all or part of the Michigan Multiloop Course (A.K.A. The Death Spiral). The 8:00 start will follow the 8 or 5 mile loop and you can continue with whatever loops you’d like. Those looking for a long run start with the Perimeter loop at 4:30 a.m. and continue through the loops for a 50k. Cobweb Crew starts at 4:30 a.m.; Early Risers at 7:00 a.m.

Rookie Runners start at 7:00 for a shorter distance and an easier pace.
