Run the Numbers Part 3

On Saturday, March 16, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run the third part of the Run the Numbers course. For the next several weeks, we’ll be running this course a piece at a time. Today, those starting at 6:00 a.m. will catch intersections 25 through 32—a four-mile run—then at 7:00, we’ll catch 33 to 39 for six more miles. Anyone who wants a longer run can continue to intersection 40 which adds considerably. Or you can hold off your long run until tomorrow.
