Run the Numbers Part 4

On Saturday, March 23, at 7:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Michigan Road Lot, ready to run the fourth part of the Run the Numbers course. For the next several weeks, we’ll be running this course a piece at a time. Today, those starting at 6:00 a.m. will catch intersections 47–49 a four-mile run, then at 7:00, we’ll catch 50 to 56 (at least). Anyone who wants a longer run can continue.
