Summer Loopstice

On Sunday, June 20, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Meadow Lot, ready to run the Summer Loopstice. Being Father’s Day, what do dads want more than running the Leatherman’s Loop course? Nothing! Dads love water crossings and mudflats more than anything so this is the perfect day to celebrate Father’s Day and the official start of summer. You’re welcome to follow the dry loop course but I’d recommend avoiding the second water crossing since the field has not been mowed and the tall grass can best be described as a tick sanctuary. Cobweb Crew starts at 5:00; Early Risers at 7:00.

Rookie Runners start at 7:00 for a shorter distance and easier pace.
