Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Meadow Lot, at 5:30 a.m., for 90 minutes of Hill Repeats. Warm up by heading up the Howland Drive segment (intersection 46 to 44) then make our repeats starting at the upper Howland hill, down Fun Climb, then back. Each repeat is .7 miles with 300 feet of gain and an average slope of 13%. We’ll aim for four repeats then loop down through the pine forest on the fifth one. Total distance should be around 5.6 miles.
