This Saturday, June 5, at 7:00 a.m, meet at the Zofnass Family Preserve on Upper Shad Road in Pound Ridge (see Google Map) when we take a break from our epic Saturday runs and run everyone’s favorite labyrinthian preserve with a network of trails noted for its crags and rock outcrops. Meet at the main entrance and we’ll follow a perimeter loop making all right turns except for exiting the park. We’ll make a 6-mile loop counter-clockwise around the preserve this time excluding the orange, western loop. If you’re looking to turn this into a long run, I’d suggest you explore the Zofnass to Mianus River Gorge run of 16 miles.
