Are you looking to amp up your running? Add hill repeats and speed work on Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m. This week, meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Trailside Museum Lot, at 5:30 a.m., for 90 minutes of Hill Repeats. After a warmup run, we’ll run a series of loops up Pell Hill (on the road) through the upper lot, then circling down on the Orange trail. Cool down with an easy run after the last.
