On Sunday, July 5, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Meadow Lot, when we run the Meadow Museum, Fire Tower to Michigan loop. We’ll run this in a clockwise direction as marked and runners have the opportunity to run distances from 5 to 8.5 miles. Since a number of you will be running a Marathon on Saturday, the earliest run on Sunday will be 7:00 with the Rookies. That’s the perfect way to ease into the day.

Rookie Runners start at 7:00 for a shorter distance and easier pace and are welcome to stay for the 8:00 run.
