On Sunday, October 3, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Mountain Lakes Park, Hemlock Lake Parking Lot, ready to run the MLP to Halmi Multidistance course. This course offers distances from 5 to 10 miles and includes the North Salem parks that are adjacent to Mountain Lakes. Note also that this course includes a new trail off of the Spruce Lake trail near the end that connects to the pool parking lot. Most of you have never seen that before. Cobweb Crew starts at 5:00; Early Risers at 7:00.

Rookie Runners start at 7:00 for a shorter distance and easier pace.
