New York’s Mid-Hudson region has entered Phase 2 of reopening.
We will continue to maintain safe practices to prevent any potential spread of Coronavirus. I’ll bring a camera to take a group photo but you can probably stand a little closer than last week if you, and the people around you, feel comfortable.
- Maintain social distancing before, during, and after the run
- Run abreast where possible to keep out of each other’s slipstreams
- Stagger start times, courses, and directions to maintain smaller groups
- Wear masks or buffs/neck gaiters when in the parking lots and when you see others on the trail even if they don’t do the same.
Enjoy the photo from last week’s run from the Trailside Museum.
Hope to see you out there this weekend.

On Sunday, June 21, at 8:00 a.m., meet at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Meadow Lot, ready to run the Meadow Northern Loop course. We haven't seen much of the northern trails in the Rez so this course will remedy that. Options include 5.5, 6.5, and 8-mile distances. Runners can start at 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 for 4-mile loops before starting the 8:00 run.
Rookie Runners can start at 7:00 for an easier pace with the group and can stay on for the 8:00 run if you wish.
